Last May 21-24, 2019, I had a fantastic opportunity to direct our church’s first ever kids’ camp. We’ve been trying to make it happen for years, but it was only this year that it was finally realized. When we announced it, the kids and teachers were extremely excited! We only had a short time to plan it, but all of us had an incredible time.
The children’s ministry is the ministry that’s very close to my heart since it was the first ministry that I committed to. My love for children has grown over the years, and I’m very proud of what God has done in the lives of the children that I’ve taught. I can see that they love the Lord and are very active at all church activities.
What I love about children are their innocence and their genuine joy. You can’t fake that. Happiness flows naturally from their hearts, and I believe it’s something that the adults can learn from.
Here are the photos of these beautiful souls having the time of their lives at Camp Bato, Sibonga. You will see that no amount of rain could take away their joy.
