A Quick Escape from the Parents at Universal Studios Japan
The last time we went to Universal Studios Japan was two years ago and it was extremely cold. I remember having back pains and I could barely walk. The whole time we were there, I was just looking forward to going back to our Airbnb.
This year, we decided to go to Osaka and give Universal Studios another shot. We were so excited, we even bought fast pass tickets so that we don’t have to line up for certain rides. The best part? No parents! We realized that they wouldn’t enjoy walking around the theme park, so we decided that they’d go somewhere else instead of coming with us. It saved us a lot of money!
No parents meant Ezra and I were the ones responsible with everything. Lucky for me, Ezra already had everything planned out, so I didn’t have any problems.
I am personally not a huge fan of theme parks, but somehow, the visit really made me happy. I have a fear of heights and the whole time we were riding rides that involved being on higher ground, I was wishing I didn’t get in. The Jurassic Park ride was something I wouldn’t forget. I knew that there will be a steep drop, but the worst part was the journey of going up. It ws so high, I got so uneasy. When the drop came, it was longer than I expected and oh my I swore I’d ever do it again. I easily get dizzy as well, so imagine me after the Harry Potter ride. That was it for me! I just ate ice cream and popcorn after that. While lining up for the Despicable Me ride, I googled it, and backed out. I couldn’t take anything 4D anymore. When my sisters and cousin came out, they told me that I made the right decision.
Since it was Halloween season that time, there were a lot of zombies and scary clowns roaming around the park. It was very scary and weird. My cousin had a lot of fun scaring me though. JAfter that, we went home with a huge smile on our faces.
What a day! What an experience! Sharing to you our pictures that day:
